We are a family that moved to Latvia and started a kombucha brewery. What started as making kombucha for friends at home has now grown into a real family business.
For making Rudy's Kombucha, we utilize solely natural ingredients, avoiding stabilizers, colorings, or any other synthetic additives.
1% from every can sold goes to the animal shelter. Together, we can make a contribution that makes a real difference to stray animals.

Yes, kombucha can contain a small amount of alcohol, but this is usually less than 0.5% ABV (alcohol by volume), which is considered a non-alcoholic beverage. However, our Hard Kombucha line contains 5.0% ABV, for those who like a strong taste!
Hard Kombucha is a variant of kombucha that is brewed with a small amount of alcohol, usually around 5% ABV. We pride ourselves on combining our great kombucha with champagne yeast.
